Non-Serviceable Areas

- Orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed the next business day
- Weekend orders are processed on the following Monday

Delivery Attempts and Failures

- Up to 3 delivery attempts at the provided address
- Attempts are made on different days/times
- You will be notified before each attempt via SMS/call
Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to the following reasons, the order will be returned:
- Customer unavailable after multiple attempts
- Incorrect or incomplete address provided
- Customer refused to accept delivery without valid reason
- Contact number not reachable
- Delivery location inaccessible
Return to Origin (RTO) Charges
If your order is returned due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect information:
- Forward and return shipping charges will be deducted from refund
- No refund will be provided if product quality is compromised
- Redelivery is subject to additional shipping charges
- Processing time for RTO refunds: 10-15 business days after return receipt
Address Requirements
To ensure successful delivery, please provide:
- Complete Address: House/flat number, building name, street, locality
- Correct PIN Code: Verify your area PIN code before ordering
- Landmark: Nearby recognizable location for easy navigation
- Contact Number: Active mobile number for delivery coordination
- Alternate Number: Backup contact in case primary is unreachable
- Recipient Name: Name of person receiving the order

Receiving Your Order
Upon Delivery
When receiving your order:

- Refuse delivery if package appears tampered or severely damaged
- Sign delivery confirmation only after inspection
- Open and inspect products immediately after receiving
- Report any issues within 48 hours with photographs
Contactless Delivery

International Shipping

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check with neighbors, building security, or household members
- Verify the delivery address in your order details
- Contact the courier partner using tracking information
- Contact us within 48 hours with delivery proof/screenshot
We will investigate with the courier partner and resolve the issue. However:
- We are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery
- Refunds/replacements are subject to investigation outcome
- We may request a police report for high-value claims

- Delays caused by courier partners, weather, or force majeure events
- Quality deterioration due to delivery delays beyond our control
