At Radheshyam, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. However, due to the perishable nature of our food products, we have specific policies regarding returns and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Important Notice
All our products are food items and sweets. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, taste preferences, or buyer's remorse. Returns and refunds are only provided in specific circumstances as outlined below.
Eligible Returns and Refunds
We will accept returns or provide refunds only in the following circumstances:
1. Damaged Products
Products that arrive physically damaged, broken, or crushed during transit. This includes packaging damage that has affected the product quality.
2. Defective Products
Products that are spoiled, moldy, have unusual odor, or show signs of contamination upon delivery.
3. Wrong Product Delivered
If you receive a product different from what you ordered, we will replace it or provide a full refund.
4. Missing Items

5. Expired Products
Products that are received past their expiry date or with insufficient shelf life (less than 7 days remaining).
Non-Returnable Items

- Products that have been opened, consumed, or partially used
- Products stored improperly after delivery

- Products refused at delivery without valid reason
- Orders placed during sale or promotional periods (unless defective)
How to Request a Return or Refund
Follow these steps to request a return or refund:
Step 1: Contact Us Immediately

Step 2: Provide Evidence
Send clear photographs showing:
- The damaged or defective product
- Product packaging and labels
- Expiry date (if applicable)

Keep the product, packaging, and any related materials until your claim is resolved. We may need to inspect the product.
Step 4: Await Review
Our team will review your claim within 24-48 hours and contact you with a resolution.
Time Limit for Claims
All return and refund requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period will not be accepted, except in cases of undiscovered defects that become apparent within reasonable shelf life.
Refund Process
Approved Refunds
Once your return or refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
- Bank processing times may vary and can take an additional 5-7 business days
- We are not responsible for delays by payment processors or banks
Refund Amount
The refund amount depends on the situation:
- Damaged/Defective Products: Full refund including product cost and shipping charges
- Wrong Product: Full refund or free replacement at your choice
- Missing Items: Refund for missing items only
- Partial Orders: Refund for undelivered items only

Replacement Option
In cases of damaged, defective, or wrong products, you may choose a replacement instead of a refund:
- Replacements are subject to product availability
- We will ship the replacement at no additional cost
- Replacement delivery timeframes follow standard shipping times
- If replacement is not available, we will process a full refund
Order Cancellation Policy
Before Dispatch
You may cancel your order before it is dispatched:

After Dispatch

Delayed Deliveries

- Delivery delays by shipping carriers are beyond our control
- We are not liable for perishability due to carrier delays

- Products must still be within shelf life upon arrival
Customer Responsibilities

- Blacklisting from future purchases

Exceptions and Discretion
